Welcome to the online Road Test Booking System.
This service allows Ontario licensed drivers to book or cancel a road test.
It lets drivers check for a first available road test date, time and view
their reserved road test appointment(s) with any
DriveTest Driver Examination Centre

This form works best with Internet Explorer 6.0 and above. If this is not compatible with your system and you need to book, confirm,
cancel, or reschedule a road test, please contact the Automated Road Test Booking line at 1-888-570-6110 or 416-325-8580.
Note:
- All road test fees must be prepaid before booking.
- You will lose your prepaid road test fee if you fail to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment or if you fail to attend your road test.
- If you cannot proceed with, or your vehicle is deemed NOT fit for the road test, you will lose 50% of your prepaid road test fee.

- If you have made three or more cancellations in the last six months, you will need to speak to a customer service representative in order to book a new road test.
- Effective July 1, there are changes to daily vehicle inspection rules that will affect your commercial class knowledge and road test. Please visit www.drivetest.ca for more details.
- If you pass your M1 or M2 exit test on a three-wheeled motorcycle (motor tricycle or motorcycle with sidecar), you will receive a licence restricting you to operating three-wheeled motorcycles only.
- Prepaid examination fees are valid for a six-year period from the date of payment. Any fees not used before the six-year period will expire and become non-refundable.
